What's New...

This month we have our very first MINDSET Women's Self-Defence weekend workshop. This will be held at the Box It Out Gym in Croydon Park on the 27th & 28th July. There are limited spaces so you need to be quick and register by clicking on the "Register for Workshops" button in the top menu or the one below.

Later in the month we'll be starting up our Teens CQC Class, Adults CQC Class and if there is a need, a Females only CQC class. All of these classes will be run out of the Croydon Park gym on a Monday. If they prove popular then we'll run another set of classes during the week.
